The "Veg Thali" in Alka classic was really good. Not only tasy but healthy too. The sequence of serving appetizers/soup was mouth watering. Enjoyed the meals and comfortable stay at Alka classic

The location is very good. Not tried food. Big problem with hot water, has to wait 30 minutes are more to get hot water. Further, the bath tub water leaks into the bath room. The water faucet is not firmly fixed, moves. The exhaust fan was not working which was later replaced. The instruction to get hot water is not clear. The electrical fixes are loose. The a/c temperature can not be controlled. The rooms are not clean and in depleted condition. Also the rooms are small. But the staff are polite and responsive especially the young manager at the desk. Further, there are a number of vegetarian south indian style restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

BF : tastevwas not good and brakfast set up like OYO hotel. Stay : Room not ipbto mark.ag. value for money Tv : 2 to 3 times remind on front office no body bother. No technical person come without watching TV we shilp. My Life wust experience in Hotel Alka

1)bathrrom was terrible 2) room and bed was too small like train berth. 3) staff was so unfriendly as if they are not interested in keeping guest with them 4) i orderd peanut masala here and it was pale and smelly. 5) room was smelly and full of moisture. 6) furniture in room was making sound. 7) ac was not working. We slept in warm heat all night. After traveling for almost 800 km in car and paying 6200 rs + they charge extra 1350 for my son age 10 travel-ling with me. In total 7550 rs. We deserve much better hotel. I think it's mistake of makemy訂房網站 team that they have listed such hotel in premium category hotel.

Pathetic condition of rooms. Very bad attitude of staff. Room services never responded back. Avoid staying. Heavily priced

Rooms were unclened. Potty was falling on the floor all the time. No generator backup for hotel. Staff is arrogant. Total waste of money.
