Second time here. This time I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. From there I had extensive walks to explore Paharganj . Phascinating, but challenging, too. When coming back from adventures I had a safe haven in the hotel. A clean quiet space with all the facilities needed. Also very important: no hustlers in the hotel space,, nobody asked me to buy this or to do that. But the services I asked for were provided relyably. Everybody is different, but for me it was the perfekt place to stay in Paharganj.

Hotel is located in a slum, really rough area unfortunately. Very dirty, nothing was sanitary, sheets and pillows are old and with many stains on them. Whole building reeks of cigarettes and sewage. Management is practically incompetent. Not even worth the small amount paid, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

Food was good Property location is good Room facilities and maintenance are below average and needs to be improved. With respect to the room rate, the quality of amenities are poor..Fan regulator not okay, fan makes big sound, towels are not changed very poor housekeeping, soap provided on demand, shampoo not provided.

The staff at the reception was not well behaving and charged me approx thousand for 3 hour early checkin which is totally wrong bcoz it is mentioned that complimentary early checking if room is available. He even charged me for 1 bottle of water which is complementary. Tv was not working, ac was not working properly totally a worst experience i ever had at any hotel.

the rooms was horrible without proper maintenance and cleanliness. the photos they uploaded was different and the room they are giving is really terrible. don't book this hotel they are cheating. and the only benefit you get while booking would be an adventurous sleeping with bed buds who will give you company. and more importantly you have to carry water with you because if you ask the water which is a basic thing in any hotel they will ask you to pay. The worst stay in entire life. And a biggest scam

No lift, old structure, room allowed in third floor 70 years old. No mirror, table chair in the room. Fan and Ac are 1947 model. Not suitable for family.

The staff's behaviour was not good, they were very unprofessional. Also, the room's cleanliness was not up to the mark. Overall below average ambience wise and very poor in terms of etiquettes.
