今回宿泊したホテルは、非常に清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋はもちろんのこと、ロビーや廊下、バスルームなど、共用スペースも隅々まで丁寧に清掃されており、滯在中に不快に感じることは一切ありませんでした。ベッドリネンやタオルも清潔で、気持ちよく使用できました。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトの手続きもスムーズでした。初めての利用でしたが、とても安心して滯在でき、満足しています。次回もぜひ利用したいホテルです。

A very bad experience with hotel Kian. room was not ready till 9 PM at night. I had to wait for an hour at reception to get my room. food quality is not good. they are not providing a GST invoice for your food bills. The receptionist behavior is very bad. I will suggest not to choose this hotel.

while doing checkin they didn't have room available and i had to wait for 45min because my room was given to someone and he was having dinner in room for 1 hour. And the room they gave was not the room which i booked so i went to ask them about poor and unhygienic room Even they charged high on cab booking telling of the given sedan swift they gave us a van for airport drop on time. As we were not having time to fight back and disturb our schedule we went by van.

Very terrible experience i booked through mm t and when i reached hotel for check in they said there is no room available the does not take mm t booking seriously like it doesn’t matter for them. They didn’t refund my money and told me to shift to another hotel that was not upto the mark not even 10% of the room that i booked.

The overall review is good for the hotel but the amount they charge is not justified. Hotel rooms are very average and bathrooms are below average and plus the location everything is very avg and below avg

I have booked a deluxe room of 364 sq ft, but at the property the room no. 405 at 4th floor was provided which wad quite smaller in size. Since there was no ventilation in the room and we were filling hot, so requested at the reception to switch on the airconditioner but they didn't get the needful. Went to reception and asked to provide air-conditioning, which was started for a few hours and was switched off at night. Also requested to provide electric cattle to make tea or coffee, but the cattle didn't work and was not replaced even after repeated requests since there was no ventilation in the room and we were filling hot, so requested at the reception to switch on the airconditioner but they didn't get the needful. Went to reception and asked to provide air-conditioning, which was started for a few hours and was switched off at night. Also requested to provide electric cattle to make tea or coffee, but the cattle didn't work and was not replaced even after repeated requests
