Not hygienic, floor carpet was wet, room service person didn’t come for one day even if i have escalated at the reception. And this made me uncomfortable to invite for my friend as i have booked for two persons.

Pleasant stay, good service…. Staff is cooperative……… The feedback process where I am adding my words is too much. Small crisp and clean should be enough I believe… Thank you

While the hotel provides basic services well. The comfort quotient is not upto mark. The passage and lift area needs better cleaning and made odour free.
