***ager ***oj Kumar is very rude and he doesn’t have any idea about customer service. Very bad phone ***ners. He gave me taxi fare 1000rs over the rude phone conversation and where I got taxi from airport only for 300rs. Return time hotel offered my taxi for 300rs but I declined. This hotel ***ager should go back to school Learn ***ner. I will never stay there again and not recommend anyone just because of the hotel ***ager.

The hotel was booked prepaying online and when trying to check in the reception was telling that they have no account with 訂房網站.com When showed the bill and payment receipt even,they didn’t agree and made me pay twice the amount again . And gave a room that was mediocre. I would avoid this at all costs
