Worst hotel ever visited in delhi. This hotel doesn't have its own kitchen. They charged extra money for food. They got food from nearby thela which serves low cost food but the hotel charged based on their menu card. No cleanliness, worst room service.

Experience was terrible Area is completely red light area. I totally don’t recommend to stay here if you are dont want to be part of crime. Third class hotel

hotel kaushal palace is not good. His manager and employees not good. I stay full night here he was not given to water and towel. Room clean up was not good even bed sheet is also not clean. I visited to counter and respectfully i ask about this issues he said we can not help you.

It's a good hotel for solo male travellers, travelers can stay at reasonable prices, toiletries are provided, you can ask for hot water by calling over the reception. The nearest metro station is rk ashram marg metro station on blue line at 500 m of walking distance ( you can opt for e rickshaw as well. The nearest railway connectivity is new delhi railway station bout half a kilometre.

Rooms were dirty not up to the mark even bathroom taps were broken but the staff was good and cooperative

It's too long and situated in a local area. Uber and taxi is difficult to reach there. We have to walk to access taxi

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The negatives are that the hot water supply for the bath was erratic and they don't have their own kitchen. They get food from outside. The location is a slight issue as cabs can't come in all the way due to narrow roads.

Room cleaning is never proper. The room landline was dead. Tv cable has signal issues. I did not see a cricket match on tv due to poor signal. Ac was turned off directly from reception. Lots of power cut and generator start delay
