Booked mouths in advance. There's wasn't any saved parking spots its just go find one somewhere. Room wasn't set up for us. 1 booked for 3 people with a spar bath an I had to get someone to bring spair linin for the sofer bed because there wasn't any . The cups were dirty .We had to wosh them before use. I want my daughter to try out the spar for her very first time an the jets sprayed the whole bathroom an wet our clothes. There was no instructions on how to use the spar nar the air con unit. An when we finally worked out the heat part on the ac it wasn't really hot. This stay was a mess.

Clean and spacious, but let down by poor build quality Stayed in a 1-bedroom villa at Jesmond Executive Villas for 2 nights. Our room was in the new apartment building, which was clean, spacious, and generally well-presented. The location was convenient and the overall experience was good. That said, for a new building, the construction quality was disappointing. The shower door didn’t close properly, and one of the bedroom cupboard rollers was missing. Small issues, but they added up. Another frustrating aspect was the entry system. We had to use keypad codes every time to access the front entrance, lift, and room – which quickly became inconvenient. I raised this with the staff and was told that key fobs were too expensive to provide, which didn’t feel like a great excuse for a property that otherwise tries to present itself at a higher standard. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the place has potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and more guest-friendly access solutions.

Didnt try to contact us via 訂房網站.com when there was a maintenance for the room that we booked, they only told us when we were there and blamed us for not having australia number. Asked them if they have 3 separate rooms to replace the family suite that we booked but immediately said they didnt have. Only after my brother came and complained then they told us they had 3 separate rooms available. Unacceptable service for 4 stars

continous stay in Newcastle, near uon walking 30mins. Opposite has MCdonalds, food stores. Utensils inhouse, laundry expensive, wash dry each 10dollars. Beworn no change towels during stay. Parking onsite no charge.
