設施：整體比較新，但臥室裡沒有大燈，晚上非常昏暗；衞生間挺大的，但沒有暖氣，花灑水流大很好用；有小冰箱裡面也有兩瓶水，不夠喝也能讓前台再送兩瓶到房間 衞生：整體還可以 環境：離火車站近，房間裡能隱約聽到火車聲，總體不大；步行從火車站走到酒店8分鐘，要從火車站前面繞到後面才是酒店，帶很重的行李不太方便走，路不全是平路，會有些費勁 服務：前台可以寄存行李，checkin時前台就一個人，等了很久

Excellent location, very near to the train station. Places to eat and see were a short walk away from the hotel. The Angel of north was a 15 min drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great too! We had an amazing time using the spa facilities aswell. Would definitely recommend

Our stay at Crowne Plaza was exactly what we wanted. The room & facilities were excellent and a most comfortable bed ( always a must) Room service was prompt Change of towels excellent 👌 The hotel buzzes with people traveling in & out. All in all we loved our stay both with the hotel & the staff.

地理位置很好，火車站出來不到10分鐘步行 早餐很不錯，英式很有特點 房間很大，性價比很高 紐卡是座很不錯的城市！

房間就是中規中矩，在紐卡這個地方算是挺大的空間，主要是因為可以汗蒸所以訂的這家。一定要吃泰國餐廳的豬腳飯！

位置在紐卡到火車站，後面，從火車站出來以後還是要走幾步才能到這個酒店的，但是這個位置還比較安靜，比較推薦早餐的話，中規中矩吧。

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean and the breakfast was superb. The location was very good. We were very satisfied with everything. One thing that we need to point out was the politeness of one of the receptionists at the hotel. We were not treated politely, which was disappointing considering the standard of the hotel. But everything was nice. I suppose it wasn't directly related to the hotel, but it was just that specific staff member that did not not really meet the standard of an IHG hotel.
