I have stay at Leonardo Hotel in Exeter for three weeks. The service at the reception and housekeeping were very nice. I would say almost perfect but, at Leonardo in Newcastle, the bar made me very disappointed for room cleaning, no garbage change, no change new face tissue paper except toilet tissue, no washed the cup.I don’t have tissue paper. The room didn’t clean up. Unfortunately .

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. **Location:** The location was ideal for nightlife, with laughter and excitement nearby. However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

Allocated an accessible room which made our stay really comfortable. Lots of space in bedroom area as well as the en suite bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff. Asked for an extra chair for the room which was promptly supplied. Plentiful tea, coffee and milk supplied in the room. What's not to like!

Check in is quite late as other hotels I’ve stayed at are around 12-2 this is 4pm, once eventually in we got to the room and wanted to get a shower which the shower head was full of limescale and when the shower is on the bath started filling with water it wasn’t draining so couldn’t get a shower as the water was horrible gathering in the bath and the shower curtain stunk! The room was ok but cleaning is definitely not the strong point, I would look at alternative hotels in the future.

The room was incredibly dated, the windows were filthy, the sinlge mattress had seen much, MUCH better days and there is one, yes ONE plug socket at the bedside for TWO beds. The key cards barely seemed to work and would take you a good two/three mins for the door to unlock. I would much rather have them safe, but when you’ve been out all day and are ready to get comfortable, it’s a little frustrating.

從蘇格蘭下來。路過紐卡斯爾，定了這家酒店，整體感覺還行，房間不小，就是設施稍微老了一點，還有就是門口雖然能停車，但是入住晚一個車位都沒有，衹能停到附近停車場。

Everything was great for our recent one night stay but the breakfast option for my wife was not really satisfactory. I had cooked breakfast and all was good but my wife opted for some fruit and it was very limited with what was presented. We were down in the restaurant from 8am so quite early so one would expect at that time that there were sufficient food items available but when she enquired with a restaurant member she was told there was unfortunately no item/s that she required as it had been used up. Not the person's fault who told my wife that as she enquired for us with kitchen staff and was very apologetic about it but not really satisfactory for a food item not to be available for a restaurant associated with Leonardo Hotel and really should have capacity for paying guests when making reasonable requests. Thanks
