位置是非常優越，就在Kings Cross 火車站旁。 原先預訂的標間非常細少，衹有17平方公尺，連打開行李箱也困難。後和前台溝通後，每晚加10英鎊升級到三人間才較大點。 酒店在很有歷史的建築物內，各項設施都有點老舊。同一樓層間都會有高低的樓梯，若帶著大形行李箱的要當心。 有一點是第一次住酒店遇到的是寄存行李要收費，每件行李收取1英鎊的費用。

I booked Room 327 for 5days 4 nights , family room, the toilet vacuum keeps on noisy for 4 nights, The toilet floor were still sticky, and the wet/ dirty towels were put back on the rack after the janitor cleaned the room. It’s very horrible how come the staffs were so unhelpful and lazy. I tried to ask any luggage weigh or body weigh they said cannot help. There are gym and swimming facilities but need to pay £5 each time, These many stairs on each floor , so need to carry our luggage’s to walk down to the room when arrived and carry them walk up to the lift when we were leaving. Newcastle is such a beautiful and historic city but that hotel is too old and cannot protect and maintain in good condition Also, we double charge me, as I payed to 訂房網站 before I took flight to UK, the staff as me to pay again when I was arriving. Need me to ask refund when I go back my hometown but the customer seems not to smart to handle it. This was a bad experience when I lived hotel in UK

We had a great stay at the hotel, right in the center of Newcastle. The location was perfect for easily reaching everything in the city. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn’t working last night, and the hot tub wasn’t quite warm enough, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is, at most, a 20 seconds walk to the train station. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Unfortunately my stay was too short to try the leisure facilities or the breakfast this time but Im sure they will be good. Check in and out were quick and easy and the staff were lovely. Value for money is a definite
