非常好！！即使十一點才到酒店，前台也很熱心的接待了我們。房間面積很大，還有客廳和廚房區。非常物超所值。 唯一美中不足的可能因為當天是星期一，衹有我們一間的原因，幾乎沒有暖氣，房間內很冷。水放了很久都不熱，去前台跟前台説了之後才熱起來，不知道是不是沒有開熱水器？ 但是總體還是非常好的，下回有機會還會再來。

Lovely hotel in excellent location. However, when got back to our room in the evening, there was a loud disco going on above us, from the brochure of the hotel it was indicated this would end at midnight. We still heard it at 2am . We also tried to order room service and got no answer on phone. Finally, we were woken at 8am Sunday morning by what sounded like cleaners moving all the furniture and scrapping the floor. We mentioned it on checking out, and although the staff apologised, it did not sound very sincere. Would be reluctant to return .

I booked the Vermont Aparthotel for a business 訂房網站 to Newcastle, and my mum joined me, hence handy to book an apartment for more space. Great location, friendly stuff with good restaurant recommendations! We truly enjoyed it and would book the Vermont Aparthotel again next time.

酒店在古城內，非常獨特、古典有氣派的裝潢與外型。幾分鐘就可以徒步到河邊。值得推薦！如開車到來，酒店有門僮保管車匙，挺有趣的。

Great hotel the rooms are good and service is great. We did have a bit of an issue with not having a physical card with us but staff were super helpful and we were able to solve this and pay the deposit.
