Me and my son came for the football so little opportunity to explore the rooms before the game. Shouldve been a red flag when the young chap wanted to check that the rooms were ready when we arrived. Although basicly clean my room had an odd fusty smell so opened the window to vent the room. My son pointed out the lack of any toileteries that shouldve been in the room not even a paper cup . But that was not the worst of it . My sons was broken !!! Which as it was a double and it was only when he turned over int the night that he discovered the broken

On the day of check in I arrived early because I had an early train and I had nowhere to go, it was rainy and cold. It was nice that people answered the bell and collected my luggage, but they didn't let me stay on the common area because it was early, so don't count with early check in even if you contact them previously or you can pay £25 for it, no flexibility at all. The cleaning was fantastic and amazing no-smoking area, really rare in the UK, most places people don't respect the law. Lovely common area with complimentary coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, bread, fruits, etc. The staff is very kind and concerned to provide the best! I had an extra heater in the room that was really useful as it was freezing cold.
