Ahmed is the best staff in this hotel. The hotel is relatively new so decor is good and the air conditioning is working well. Daily cleaning of the room is not possible unless you pay extra money for the services. It takes a lot of efforts to communicate with the female staff in general (and there was one day when one cleaning woman totally moved my personal belongings for no reason, when I was out). There were 4 days when Internet wasn't working at all. I finally raised the issue via 訂房網站.com and they sent an engineer to change the wifi equipment in the rooms so Internet finally resumed.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The cleanliness was extremely poor, the reception staff were unprofessional, and the overall management was disappointing. The biggest issue was with the manager, Marwa, whose attitude toward guests was far from professional. Instead of resolving problems, she made the experience even worse. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I certainly cannot recommend it to anyone. It was a very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out. I strongly advise the owner to seriously look into the way this hotel is managed, especially how guests are treated. Better management, proper staff training, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction are urgently needed. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and respected, and unfortunately, this hotel failed completely in that regard.
