If you don’t expect too much and compare price and performance, it’s reasonable but the building is very bad, dirty, room smells terrible, a lot maintenance issue and the funny part they asked 500 pound for “security insurance” in case of I damage to he apartment 🤣🤣.,I said no one can damage more and I didn’t pay this money. Location is not useful also but as I said what you paid what you get is reasonable

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Apartment. Die Lage des Apartments befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße in New Cairo. Man ist aber auf ein Taxi oder Auto angewiesen um Restaurants oder Geschäfte zu erreichen. Das Apartment selber war groß und gemütlich ausgestattet.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of service and cleanliness during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The bath towels provided were not clean; they were wet, stained, and appeared used. Despite requesting that they be replaced, no action was taken. There was visible women’s hair throughout the room, including on the carpet and even on the bed, which indicates a serious lack of hygiene. In addition, the bed cover had stains, and the bed itself did not appear clean. The room was not properly equipped, as there were no cups available for tea, coffee, or Nescafé. Only one small bottle of shower shampoo was provided and it was never replenished. Furthermore, the room doors were not soundproof, which significantly affected comfort and privacy. The behavior of the staff was also highly unprofessional. In particular, the receptionist’s attitude and communication style were inappropriate and unacceptable. Due to these issues, the service was extremely poor and the experience was very unpleasant. I was force my self to remain outside the room as much as possible and avoid using the room facilities altogether. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to improve your standards. Sincerely,

На удивление мои апартаменты оказались с двумя спальнями и залом, чего я не ожидал. Приятно удивился. Все чистенько, персонал дружелюбный, есть услуги laundry. Вернусь ещё раз, когда буду в Каире снова. Рекомендация для владельца: добавьте в номера фен, батарейки во все пульты и больше полотенец.
