Hotel really well situated for the motorway and for Newbury station. The facilities are really good, and service received from the moment we arrived from the very friendly and helpful member of staff on reception. Really lovely breakfast with a great choice of food. Will definitely be returning

It is a nice stay and welcome staff. Nice swimming pool and breakfast. We would like to come again.

We always stay here, but on this occasion I wasn’t very happy as the bedsheets/pillow case smelt damp. And the door hinge was loose which made it feel unsafe. Room was swapped in the ended so I’m happy about that.

We have been to this hotel before, but this time we saw a sign saying that swimming will incur £5 pp charge. I was gutted that I was not advised, as the receptionist said this new policy took place 2 weeks ago. BUT, when we went to the pool, the clerk told us that if you booked from a different provider (訂房網站.com etc) you have a complimentary pass to the pool. If only we knew the first day. But really happy overall.
