羅伯特·特里特酒店 (Robert Treat Hotel)

交通：🌟🌟🌟🌟 酒店提供Newark Penn station和Newark AirPort P3的穿梭bus，整點從酒店出發，P3接差不多是整點。算是比較方便，走路到車站12分鐘。 入住體驗：🌟🌟 大部分服務人員沒什麼問題，不過我辦理入住遇到的一箇中年女性，拉低了整體的服務水平。我預訂的是標準房間，但其實兩個房間都不算標準，我的房間不像其他的客房那樣有床頭燈。這次最大的問題是前台服務和房間分配。第一次給我的房間就在兩部電梯後面，一半的房間面積都被電梯吃掉了，噪音明顯，要求換房後，第二間又被安排在靠近逃生通道的位置。更讓我不舒服的是前台工作人員全程態度非常冷淡，入住時幾乎沒有任何酒店設施或服務介紹，甚至把電梯方向都説反了。我同時注意到她對其他一些客人的態度明顯更加友好。我無法判斷原因，但這種服務上的明顯差異確實讓我有被區別對待的感覺。 衞生和房間設施：🌟🌟🌟🌟 乾淨，洗浴用品也都有，熱水也比較快，床品一般，也算寬敞，沒有聞到傳説中的煙味。 隔音效果：🌟 旁邊放音樂我聽得一清二楚，我需要藉助耳塞才能入睡。 周圍環境：🌟🌟🌟 算乾淨，對面是公園和一些餐廳，就在downtown，白天都挺方便，天黑就不要出門了。

房間老舊而且有煙味，住起來十分不舒服。房間沒有吹風機，甚至連衣架也沒有，多次打櫃檯反應也沒有拿到房間。唯一比較好的是地點，附近有超市以及許多餐廳，不用擔心餓肚子。 同樣房價，其實有其他更好的選擇。

要不是周邊更好的酒店訂完了不會訂這家。訂的時候1300不可退 完全不值這個價格，入住前看衹要五六百了…步行10分鐘到penn station，也可以班車送到penn station和紐瓦克機場，這點還算方便。停車場的人説過夜20美金，我們衹住了一晚，停車不到24小時，離開的時候機器上自動收取了45美金！因為邊上沒工作人員 趕時間就沒去問。但是非常不值得！

房間在紐約附近算不小了，設施比較老，基本什麼都沒有衹有沐浴三件套小樣和浴巾，其他都需要自帶；沒冰箱提供免費冰塊，每個樓道有一台製冰機，每個房間提供一個冰桶；特色服務是提供免費的機場接送穿梭bus，特別是送機服務非常好直接送到出發航司的進口

這個説實話不太行，衞生一般，但是位置還可以，去地鐵不遠，入住的隔壁房客素質超低，大半夜電視聲音開的巨大，但是前台態度還可以

Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.

房間比較老，尤其洗手枱，衞生間的門剛好衹能過1個人

I would only recommend this hotel if you have something to do around the area like going to the prudential centre because it is very close to there. Someone in the room next to us was smoking cigarettes non stop our entire stay (neither myself or my partner smoke) and we went home REEKING of cigarettes. We told the front desk and nothing was done about the situation. If you need any extra towels or anything for your room, expect to wait for the elevator and head down to the lobby to get it yourself. Front staff was friendly, I’m just not sure the stay was worth the price at all, again - only stay if you have nowhere else to go.

Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Très aidant. M’as permis d’intégrer ma chambre avant l’heure du Check-in initial.
