Infested with roaches. Around 1-4am get out of your room and walk to the stairs, you’ll see roaches running around. Roaches in the bathroom, roaches coming in from outside, roaches hiding behind the refrigerator… we complained to the lady in the office following day and she just said they would clean the room because the roach we killed was still in the floor meaning housekeeping didn’t clean it and that’s it, no refund or nothing. Second night we left in the middle of the night and slept in the gas station next door in our car with our son and dog. Only gave us refund for the second night but not the first night because we stayed the night when we showed proof we called multiple hotels as far as 1 hour radius (over 12 different hotels, there was a tournament in the area and everything was booked) and the guy at the office said we can only handle it through 訂房網站.com. When 訂房網站.com called they lied saying we didn’t said anything, that the room was clean and that we were lying even though I showed the pictures of the roaches to him. Remember, if the place is cheap, there’s a reason. Read reviews, I didn’t saw other people complaining about the roaches until the second night.
