Generally in good condition as a three star hotel I stayed in Executive suite and it was more comfortable Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant I had to ask for mosquito repellent wall-mount and spray No face towel

No proper room service and we are booked one room they gave another room, which smells weird. No ventilation in room and washroom has no exhauster fan. No valet parking. Not recommended for family stay.

Extremely disappointing experience! The hotel's management and maintenance are subpar. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour, and the room was in poor condition. The AC was malfunctioning, the TV remote was broken, and the room was not clean. To top it off, the furniture was scratched and damaged. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing is that breakfast is good.

Great location. Food options are good. Very old Hotel. Extremely slow house keeping. Lots of mosquitos in room, Room service not available for most of the time. Any ask to front desk takes 2hrs. Lift not working, Printer not working, Needs lots of improvement.

Check-in @ hotel even nobody is pick up my luggage , we my myself carry the luggage . I call some many times to the reception , they even not pick one time also and called some many times to room service , they not pick the phone. Even check -out also not body pick up reception , we are check -out our self . The worst service I have never experienced in my life time. Definition of Hospitality sector is redefined.

I stayed in this hotel because it is having a very good name but to my surprise it was wrong. It is appearing like the hotel is under reconstruction. The flooring in the room is peeled off at two locations. The chair present is already fully spoiled. The landline is not working, I have to search google to call reception and order food. The most important situation happened in the night after 12:30 am. Someone (2 persons) entered the room eventhough i locked room from inside. Thats a big surprise to me. They started searching for something in room. they saw me and then said "ohh sorry to disturb please sleep". Omg its 12: 54am. i was awake after this incident for 30 mins .then again at around 1:30 am another person opened the door and tried to enter , this time i was awake so i asked him who are you and how did you open the door. He answered" sorry i am mistaken my room which is opposite to this room". I asked him how you opened the door. He was also shocked and presumed saying " I think all rooms have same master lock " . I am clueless. i didnt get sleep for 1 hour after that. I was so much tired after 7.5 hours of road journey so i was unable to go to reception and ask about this. In the morning early hours i just checked out and left the hotel. it was a bad experience for me. They charged Rs. 3600/-. Its good amount of money. I suggest everyone please check the room before you occupy. if you feel room is not good just ask them to change to new room.
