Firstly we have checked in very late due to train late … and reached the hotel at 7 pm we were so much tired and during check-in we have asked for an extra 1 hr extension to the hotel room during checkout but our request was denied . And after we arrived they have made us wait for 30 min to check-in they have started to clean and set the room after we arrived even though we checked in that late . The behaviour by the receptionist was very very rude and we did not feel comfortable. Even during checkout we were getting continuous calls to checkout not even 10 min gap to checkout . The hospitality was very rude and we had a feeling of staying for free . Not recommended at all . And very bad experience. Atleast the room has to be setup by the time we arrive not starting after we arrived . The receptionist behaviour was very very very bad and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone . Until the receptionist changes this hotel is not recommended to anyone . The bed is also very very small. The rudeness by the receptionist needs to be addressed to the manager . The receptionist even involved in our personal discussions while we were discussing whether to extend the room or not .

the stay was comfortable. asked for couple of things which was provided by the hotel. overall it's a decent stay

Overall y good. Neat and clean. Car parking outside main gate. Food available both south and north india. Good staff.

Please arrange at-least one bottle of drinking water in the room. The dealings of the staff is not good.

Hotel room is clean and crisp. The bed sheets and pillows were fresh. Ac is perfect. All the things in the room and bathroom seems to be new. I just had one night stay.

This property do not have separate parking. I had to park my vehicle on the road side. A lot of mosquitoes in side the room. I asked for a all out good night. But they didn't provide. Television was not in working condition, it was a show piece. They didn't provide water bottle. Reception guy told me that they do not give water for booking rooms. Although the room and bathroom was good

The stay was absolute worth it. Perfect location. Good food. Idle for night hault and continue journey.

Hi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money
