空港に歩いても行ける距離でお手頃 という一點のみで選んだので餘り期待はしていませんでしたが チェックインしようと思ったら 予約が無いと言われました 心配しないで、部屋はあるから1900ルピー と言ってくるのでpinコードや予約番號など色々伝えても 予約はないから早くお金払って の一點張り 支配人的な人がどこからかやってきてシステムを確認して、フロントスタッフの頭を叩いていたので単に見逃していたかも知れませんが真相は不明。 30分ほどロスしました。 部屋は広くエアコンも良く効きましたが、バスルームは適當にしか掃除してなさそうでした。 お湯は深夜でも申し分のない程の熱湯が出たのは良かったです。 アメニティは小さな石鹸が一つ トイレットペーパーも有りません バスタオルは一応ついていましたが、最近のインドでも珍しいゴワゴワの古いタオルとそれより少し新しめの2枚。 すぐ近くには世界展開しているチェーン店のサラバナバワンがあるのも決め手の一つでしたが、次回の利用は悩ましいです。 空港へのシャトルバス無料 とこちらのサイトには掲載されていますが、実際には200ルピーします。タクシーで行くより安いですが、無料と思っていると心象は良く有りませんね。 もちろん、シャトルバスが無いよりは良いですが。

My stay at alfa inn was pretty good. The customer service is really good and the staff are really cooperative. The room was quite ok. But hygiene should be improved. Situated in a calm and quiet place. Hence the ambience was really good.

Good hotel. But i had to demand for minor requirements. Which could have been provided otherwise.

Accomodation good not that comfortable, rooms are filled with mosquitoes. Please review and try to accommodate

Location was good and nearby airport. It was good room and price was average. It was nice stay. Some sort of extra ventilation required.

Writing as on sep2024, this is a 3 floor building and it is new with no lift. And the staffs here are north indians except the receptionist and they don't understand any south language nor english and even malayalam. There is no internal restaurant or kitchen, even the coffee they get it from outside shops. The ac rooms are good but there is no ventilation for the bathroom, the smell just comes inside the room. Very poor planning constructed. If you pay 500rs extra, you will find better options around this area.

Bed bugs and ants all over in 1 room out of 2 rooms we booked. No lifts and elderly people had difficulties climbing to the second floor. But staff were really helping. The only thing is that they need to focus a little more on the cleanliness.
