I did overrate this property the first time I think. Now they have upped their price. Earlier it was value for money, not it has become overpriced. So I think now giving good reviews is not a good thing.

hotel is very near to Cochin Airport. The amenities given in the hotel are good and praise worthy. Staff are helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is tasty. the rooms are maintained cleanly and tidy. The size of the room is somewhat small. TV cable did not work during our stay. conveyance in airport area is a bit costly and we have to make arrangements for cab or auto well before to avoid tension. over all our stay is excellent

The room was clean and nice and basic. The receptionists and the restaurant people were really nice, polite and exuded warmth. Local amenities are good. Food at the restaurant (whose owner also owns the rooms) was excellent. Also pretty affordable.
