Modern hotel with lovely pool and comfortable rooms. Great view of pyramids from rooftop. Breakfast was good, service friendly and efficient.

Quite hard to leave a review for this accommodation. The thing stopping me from providing a lower rating is the breakfast staff and reception staff trying their best in a business which has clearly not been set up properly. The rooms were very dry very noisy and not very clean. They are also designed and furnished for aesthetic purposes rather than functional. For examples large cupboards but no way to hang anything and lots of screws missing. The sheets and towels smelt clean but had lots of stains and different hairs from previous guests.

Didn’t stay in the room that was booked. Bedroom wasn’t clean, there was urine on the toilet seat and internet barely worked. Also a lot of appliances ie phone was in the room but didn’t work… good view from roof but got very very hot as there is no shelter or wind protection.
