Very bad service, nothing is functional properly like tv, remote, bathroom, room light, smelly room.

While booking i had requested mm t for early check in as my train reaches in d morning at 7. I reached hotel by 8. 30 and asked for check in but manager said he will give me room by 12pm. Asked me to sit in waiting, i was asked to use common toilet which was very dirty, on repeated request they gave me room by 10. 30-11, the room was very tiny, dirty, stinky, as it was already paid in advance so i asked to change the bedsheet, they did somehow on 3 4 times request, i stayed last year also but that was good experience but this time it was hell

It was a bull sheet property. The rooms and the place was totally unhygienic. We had to checkout in 45 minutes. Rooms had terrible smell, damp. Toilet sheet was broken. Toilet hygiene as if that even public toilets are better. Since we checked out in 45 minutes of checking, want a 100% refund.

Pathetic hotel. Too old hotel. Not at all clean. Walls are peelings. Tv doesn't work. No ventilation. Rude staff. I will never stay here again. pictures. Are misleading

Best place to stay, alone or single, employe are very good in management and responsibility. Best in class, good hygiene, good nature of all staff. It's a truly city view place. It's to good to stay here. It's truly city view place. Best in environment and good in management responsibility.

A lot the rooms are rubbish, they are not as shown in the photos, they smell very bad, my experience was very bad, there is no option to cancel the room, never select this hotel
