Ac was not working in the 2nd day, very poor room service. No one was picking calls. No proper drainage in the washroom. No proper lights in washroom. Pathetic experience. 2 days stay with bad experience.

This property is in residential complex where they have one floor and that floor is converted to hotel rooms. In some rooms windows open into the staircase.

Room condition was bad and complimentary breakfast is worst. No recommend to any one. Location is good 200 meter from belapur station

They didn’t provide car parking, which is fine, but the receptionist unnecessarily scared customers, saying, ‘why are you parking in front of the hotel on the roadside? it may be dangerous; are you foolish? go and park elsewhere, but don’t park by the roadside. ’ i then pointed out that many cars were already parked there, to which he responded, ‘those are local cars. ’ the receptionist was extremely rude.

Checked in the hotel on 3rd. WiFi was not working in my room. Room was clean but towel was dirty. No bathroom accessories (toilet paper, moisturiser, shower gel, shampoo) in room except a soap. Power cut in the morning time.

Hotel maurya is an extremely substandard hotel. Their staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Had to check out immediately after facing them. They didn't even help with a printed copy of the bill. This is the most horrible experience with a hotel i have ever had. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very poor hospitality. I did not get water also in room. Toilet papers were not provided for all three days. They did not like i came through mmt. Please don't suggest this property to anyone and keep my credentials confidential. Don't mention my name.
