前台很親切很好説話，房間裡面很乾凈設備也很不錯。早餐吃飽飽沒問題，咖啡果汁也是全天供應，居住感很好。 唯一需要注意的是入住需要每天100美元的按金並且支持信用卡，不過可以和前台商量不要一次就划走全部。

A good and affordable alternative to Gaylord National Resort Hotel. They provide simple breakfast, good enough to start the day. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and CVS pharmacy. Generally happy staying there except that housekeeping was on request basis.

When I first got to the hotel I had to wait more than 40 minutes to check in and get a room, as the system was down. I didn’t get any housekeeping services during the first two days of my stay. On the third day I had to request it twice to finally get the service. Bed and pillows are too soft. Fitness center is fair. Location is good. Breakfast is okay.
