I planned my 訂房網站 . with a Good budget and Very good choice for a nearby hotel to Shrinathji Temple, Nathdwara. 4 hrs before checking complimentary promise given , we reached earlier, but Hotel staff refused to 4 hr before checking as no room was available. Around 11 hrs we checked in. The room was good, a little bit small for 7 people. but 2 washrooms are very good for us. No water bottles and napkins are allotted only one time room cleaning in 24 hrs, which is not acceptable. The night stay is quite silent and less crowded. No replacement of towels after night bath taking. No sunlight came inside the room, so the smell will remain inside the room.

There was no water in wash room from morning 6:00am to 9:00am. Duto which missed all Shrinathji Darshan. Entire tour got fail.

The bathroom smelled so bad and unhygenic. They literally did not clean it properly. The room was not like as it was shown in the image. All the services that they said to provide were not there. Parking is not available. They do not have food as well.

My expectations were extremely high from the conversations i had over the phone while and after booking. Dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bed even though i mentioned that we would check in late by 930/ 10 pm on 14feb. My sister found a big spider with web on the corner of her bed and on top of the ac remote. Surprisingly when i opened the drawer i saw a bunch of these insects dead. The attendant cleaned both of the above after complaining at the reception but a dropped a good bunch of them on the floor. Later on after shower i find those tiny creepy crawlies on the bed and pillows. I am not too sure now about their confidence of 11 quality properties which run packed everyday.
