This hotel is located at agopd location however, they dont have restaurant which should be mentioned on mmt. They didnt not keep the room clean which was a bit disappointment.

Raooms are good but room service are very bad and property have not own parking area too. Because when i park my car on proprietor says and my car brek light broken. I preferred this property for with parking because it have not own space.

Hotel was more than pathetic. Wardrobe was not opening. When i asked him why it's not opening. He was like there is no wardrobe here. It's a show piece. Horrible service. No hot water. Mattress was made of plastic and thermocol. I want a complete refund for this hotel

It was not good experience for us. On the day of check in, first of all, google map was showing wrong location on map, after making efforts to reach that spot, we couldn't find hotel so called hotel manager then he said different address, so we had to walk as no vehicle is permitted in that road. We wasted 30-40 minutes in searching hotel. After reaching, we have been allocated one room, but it was stinking a lot. Kindly note that around this hotel, there is huge dump of garbage which continuously stinks in rooms. We had to ask for room change. Then we have been allocated other room. In that room, washroom was not cleaned. We asked hotel manager to arrange cleaning but he said staff will only in evening. We called makemy訂房網站 to register complain but after keeping call on long hold, i didn't receive any response either from you or hotel so we had to compromise and clear ourselves toilet to adjust in room. Then on the day of checkout, around 9am, we called manager to order tea but to our surprise he said no staff is available to make tea. If this hotel can't provide basic services then what is use of this hotel booking.
