I would not have raised this concern if we had actually found the hotel. We booked immediately since we were already on vacation in Nasugbu, expecting a smooth check-in. However, it was very disappointing because there was no visible hotel at the given location no signage, no RedDoorz name, and no identifiable establishment at all. Additionally, the only contact number provided was for someone based in Indonesia. There was no local Philippine contact number or any way to reach hotel personnel. This lack of proper contact information made it impossible for us to verify or resolve the situation on-site. Please understand that we did not use the room at all because the hotel could not be located. This situation is clearly due to incorrect or misleading information provided. I am respectfully requesting that you process a full refund as soon as possible. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this to the appropriate authorities. This experience has been very disappointing, especially considering my history of frequent bookings.
