可可特爾海岸海灘度假村 (Shoreland Beach Resort by Cocotel)

The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.

The location was terrible, you have to cross a cemetery to reach the location, the beach side was awfully dirty, the room smells like cheap detergent. We paid for the accommodation but we did not bother to unpack our bags and booked for another hotel.

The place, since beside harbour is obviously far, the ameniyies is not that complete like the rooms should have at least REFRIGERATOR EACH to store the guest's left over food, the place dont have an in house canteen or retaurant that the guest's can rely having a breakfast after an overnight stay. The sea shore activities is good but have encountered a bad experience in the jetski that we rented which was flip-over and the lives of our relatives was endangered during thet time, the lifeguards should pay attention to be FAST in saving the endangered guests specially in SEA ACTIVITIES that they offered.

The place looks well-maintained and clean in the pictures, but the reality is far from what was advertised. For the price they charge, you’re better off going to other resorts like Canyon Cove. This resort is actually more expensive, yet the quality is nowhere near as good. There’s no food included, the air-conditioning unit has holes, and the room doesn’t even have a window. The bathroom is extremely cramped—you can barely move inside—and there’s no heater available. The place also has a lot of mosquitoes. I’m sorry, but I will never come back here. The resort is overpriced, lacks amenities, offers no food options, and the rooms are not properly maintained. Everything was dusty and poorly kept. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
