Checked in to find out if I park my own car in their parking garage (no other place to park) it cost me $45, if I valet its $57. Got to room to find no coffee cups and no trash bags in cans. USB charging ports broken, luck I brought my own. I called the desk and said that I needed coffee cups as none were placed in room. They told me I could come to the front desk if I wanted some. I then asked if they had any milk as there was none in the drink cooler. I was told that the delivery truck hadn't come today and they were out (all drinks full except for milk). I asked how they were going to serve breakfast without milk and was told, oh we will have some for that. LESSONS LEARNED I SHOULD'VE STAYED AT HAMPTON INN AND SUITES, MY MISTAKE.
