The place is amazing with multiple activities . food is pretty average with inefficient service levels . Rooms are great however the frequent power cuts made it for a non peaceful sleep . AC needed to the switched on manually after every power outage

Property is located in natural location. Greenery is there . Also weel maintain there staff. Food is delicious and all facilities in hotel at single place . Very silent and natures look the amazing. Well maintained swimming pool. And staff also very polite.

The stay at grape county has always ben pleasurable. My kids were super happy to see the kids activities in the kids play room..Tgey love the boating ams kayaking experience there because of which we went there again.. that's the highlight of that place.. the rooms are big and comfortable.. the service is great..Santosh Rajendra als chef Manohar made the resturant experience good too.. though it was a bit understaffed for the crowd that was there

The property is absolutely stunning and offers a serene, peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that enhances the overall experience. It's an ideal place to unwind and relax, especially for nature lovers. However, the food service at The Deck restaurant leaves much to be desired. The staff is quite slow, and the quality and efficiency of service do not match the high standards set by the property’s ambiance. The breakfast spread is minimal and just average—not quite what you'd expect from a place of this caliber. While it's worth visiting once for the tranquility and picturesque setting, the overall value falls short due to the steep pricing. A one-time experience, unless improvements are made in the dining and service areas.

Wonderful eco friendly resort. From the outside it does not look big. However the property is spread across 350 acres with multiple villa options. Very good for all, whether for couples or family or even group of families. I would recommend this place especially during monsoon and winters.

It’s worst experience I had ever experienced with the stuff or with the amenities like towel My stay at Grape County was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked basic communication skills and were consistently unhelpful and indifferent to guest concerns. From the moment we arrived, there was no proper welcome or guidance. Any request we made was either ignored or met with rude responses. The overall management seemed disorganized and uninterested in ensuring guest satisfaction. Basic services were delayed, and when questioned, the staff showed no accountability. This was by far one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend Grape County to anyone looking for a relaxing or well-managed stay. Totally unacceptable.
