I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel MBC Citadel in Nashik, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ambience of the hotel strikes a great balance between modern design and cozy comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. The in-house restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the food quality was consistently impressive. Overall, Hotel MBC Citadel is a great place to stay in Nashik—ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable hotel experience with great food!

Location is very convenient for MIDC Satpur, the rooms, though small, are clean, have all the basics. Cleanliness and maintenance are good. The food and room service are good. Overall, an excellent place for business travel, tourism.

location is good. Manager was nice and co- operative but rest of the staff was untrained and unprofessional. They first allotted a room which was not cleaned after the last guest had left. After allottlng another room we found out that the water kettle was dirty. While checking out we were kept waiting for about 15 to 20 mins so that their men could check the room and on top of everything after checking in we found that the towels were kept on the toilet seat. will never visit again

The overall experience was good, rooms were in good condition, only housekeeping was little disappointing as they didn't do their job properly and hotel needs more parking area as during evening there is no space left to park the vehicle.

Very compact rooms. Parking space very tight. No value for money considering the tariff. Staff was rude when asked why they failed to clean our room. Limited breakfast options.

it was a pleasing experience, and the food was really tasty. I had booked an executive suite room, it was a little small as compared to the price range but the staff were cordial and well mannered

Check in was too lengthy.there was pest control in room due to which there was smell.we could not sleep comfortably.staff was very arrogant. Pl don’t recommend above hotel.

Hotel was good but the cost is not justified, rooms were average. Breakfast spread was not up to the mark. There was no reason to pay so much money where the other chains at low cost serve you better
