मी 3-4 महिन्या पासून या हॉटेल मध्ये बुकिंग करतोय. स्टाफ चांगला आहे, लोकेशन पण छान आहे. सर्विस मध्ये आणखी सुधार होण्यासाठी वाव आहे. हॉटेल च रेस्टॉरंट आहे पण खूप महाग आहे. रूम्स avrage आहेत.

Its an old room. People are rude. Everything seems overpriced. This hotel and room is not worth 3500 per night cost. the room and bathroom seems to be stinking The towels were also dirty. This has been a disappointing experience.This is a pathetic experience and I will never come back here again.

I stayed there for 4 Days, The property location is Good, but I had a very pathetic experience in this hotel as they mentioned multiple no. for every requirement but if you call them no will pick the call and also if go and ask receptionist they are very irresponsible, so many things which they have mentioned they will provide, but letter they will tell, we don't have or need time to provide, and the last they don't provide any plate or bowl if you ordering food from outside. I will never visit again.

The rooms were pathetic. No cleanliness no hygiene nothing. The washroom too was left unclean tha basin was clogged. Would not recommend anyone

No proper water and room service. Wash basin choked and nobody cleaned it. Receptionist is rude and not helpful. Overall not expected from a brand of Panchavati group
