Hi 5 is good hotel, for food i would give 5 out of 5 but there are few areas where they can improve like, tv in the room is old and should be replaced with new ones, wifi reception is really bad and new router with more coverage shall be added.

Stay was comfortable and location was very good . there is no covered car parking at this hotel and we have kept the same outside

parking and luggage till reception not smooth, check in was smooth, room was spacious but needs fixing if electrical switches , toom phone wasnt working had to go searching for maintenance person, food was very average, soup was cold … tgey were very good once upon a time, should pullup their socks and do good again

Pathetic service, zero customer care. Totally unconcerned management. Never ever again to hi5. In fact they should be renamed as lowest 5 hotel in nashik.

Stay was average overall. On the first day, the ac was not working properly. On the second day the hot water was not coming in the morning. Food was not good in terms of quality and it was costly as per the quality.

The overall experience is good but location is far from the city and transportation from there is a problem

The staff is very rude. When asked for basic amenities like towels or napkins- they give an excuse saying everything is in laundry. Despite having breakfast included and the timing starts 7 am it didn’t start until 8am because their so called chef wasn’t available. It is the worst place to stay.

room and bed size too, tea quality very bad like tela chai that why i avoid to take in hotel first and last visit in hotel from my side

The room allotted had cockroaches. We complained room changed. We came to the next allotted room late in the night. Ac not working. Still we managed as it's winter now. Next day morning found out the television screen was out of order. Wow what a stay.
