disappointing experience with my booking This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay of my life. The room had several empty liquor bottles scattered around, which I've attached pictures of for your reference. The entire room had a foul smell, and I was unable to sleep due to the unbearable odor and numerous mosquitoes. As a result, I couldn't rest the entire night, and I even considered changing hotels, but there were no available options. To add to the disappointment, I found more than 15 empty liquor bottles hidden under the bed and a great deal of trash and filth throughout the room. I have never encountered such poor conditions before., but this experience has been highly unsatisfactory. I kindly request a refund for my stay, as I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the hotel. I would strongly advise against suggesting such hotels for any future bookings. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt resolution.

They need attention for cleanliness and can't say value for money compared to sanity and charges per night what i have paid.

Staying here is a complete waste of money. I strongly urge others to avoid this property. Absolutely terrible experience!"

Room is 500m away from railway station. The building is not fully constructed and not well maintained. The bathrooms were not clean and we need to call the owner to send the wash room cleaners. Everything cleaning they do only on request that too delayed operations.

Contact landline number is out of reach. Traying whole day. Booked 2 rooms with prepaid payments. But still no pillow, no blankets. Not cleaned bedsheet. In winter season. Its just room with bed, bathroom & geyser.

No proper facility in hotel. They not provide soap, towel. Bed sheet also in very dirty, no cleanliness in room & washroom. No mirror in room.

Only reason to choose this property was that it is located very nearby to railway station. However, very poor cleanliness and hygienic conditions are there. Even room was not cleaned and very bad condition of bed provided.

It was great and the rooms service was excellent i really enjoyed and next time will visit here
