    Location is good but congested, amenities normal, food was good,didn’t provide even water bottle.Lift was not proper, in cupboard dirty pillows were placed.

    Horrible is the understatement. Despite multiple requests , toilet were not cleaned even at the time of checkin, no hot water till 515am( we had to go to temple at 5am). Horrible services overall

    The condition and position of the room is bad. The bed sheets provided are dirty. Hospitality is poor. Another issue is the room rent. Whether for the same type of room next to my room, the hotel shivanand has taken 1, 500/ in cash. You can verify from the hotel authority. refund the difference amount.
