. No proper cleanliness of rooms.. housekeeping is bad... Good staff at the reception .. you have a veg restaurant attached to the hotel and quality of food is good

Did not give stay to driver & poor room service, no one to carry baggage. We struggled to get services

We booked one standard and one deluxe room combo, the standard room was terrible, it was underground and the room had absolutely no ventilation ,no windows neither did the ac do any sort of cooling,the rooms were unhygienic and not cleaned, there were makeup stains on the towels,spider webs in every corner of the room, long hairs fallen on the floor, seemed like the owner of the hotel gave those rooms to women who come for functions at the banquet to freshen up and left them unclean. It really was a terrible stay, no more than 3 options for breakfast and wouldn’t even serve breakfast juice twice if asked for; they said we give the juice only once ,we’re not allowed to serve it twice.

Stay was good. Property is good. Have got basic Facility like lift , power back up, definitely not a 3 star hotel. Got a good restaurant ambience with quality food - lnch n dinner only. Breakfast n snacks are highly not recommended. They have got ample of parking space. Trimbakeshwar and other places are bit far however a better stay than staying nearby.

Poor service, AC was not serviced, received AC remote after two hours of check in, Jetspray was not there in toilet, wardrobe wad unavailable, on water bottle of Rs 20/ they charged extra Rs 5/ and charged GST also on water bottle. Really unhappy.
