1. Location - convenient, road touch, nearby bus stand (1.5 km) 2. Amenities - tea kettle was not available, on request made available, no handwash, no hair dryer, no tea / coffee, no water bottle. paid for water bottle. bed and pillow - not comfortable, room was clean 3. food - good 4. service - satisfactory

Location & food was good. Amenities were also good. The front desk staff was arrogant & took time to allocate the room. Also, the language used by her was not good. She was always busy on her phone calls.

Good hotel to stay, cleanliness is also okay, front office staff behavior is very good but very poor service in the restaurant, food rates are very reasonable.

Good location. Clean and good hotel food is also good but 10% discount on food a was not given as mentioned - staff is courteous. We stayed for short period of 3 nights

I had to pay extra 1000 rs for no mistake for mine. I had given all details before booking hotel to mmt. But hotel charged extra for children.

The hotel was decent. Rooms were ok not exceptional. The reason for average rating is because of my bad experiences with the restaurant and when i saw food lying outside the guest door for more than 14 hrs.
