This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the location is extremely inconvenient. The coffee cups were dirty and not properly cleaned. Even the drinking water had tiny mosquito larvae floating in it, which was absolutely disgusting. There was only one staff member working, and the way they treated customers was completely unacceptable. They acted as if customers were their subordinates instead of treating them with basic respect. This is honestly the worst hot

The way the staff treats you seems to depend on your nationality. If you’re Asian, you’re basically screwed. They are extremely ****** and treat Asian guests very differently. When American guests come in, they suddenly become all smiles and act super friendly. I’ve stayed here many times before, and since it’s a self-check-in hotel, whenever I have questions or don’t know how something works, I have to ask the staff. But they never seem willing to properly explain anything to me. It feels like they look down on me simply because I’m Asian and act like they’re above me. The difference in how they treat Asian guests compared to American guests is
