ナポリ中央駅から歩いて約10分程度 遠くはないですが近くもない距離でした。 一本入った通りにあるので靜かです。 3泊して、朝食つけました 朝食の種類的に3回も食べたら飽きそうな感じですが、カプチーノは美味しかったです お部屋の清掃はシーツ交換とかはしていない感じがすこし？ってところもありますが値段相応かと思います

Location is 10mins walk from the central station. Pretty decent. Exterior of hotel looks very dodgey but the interior is fine. Room is very dated and looks like it’s from the ‘80s. Warm at night as air conditioning wasn’t functioning well (opening the windows wasn’t an option given the noise on the streets even at night). Toilet had a funky smell and the shower head was broken. Floor also sticky and slimy. Thankful we were only staying a night! Front desk was very friendly though.

Good location, it’s about 600m from the Garibaldi station.Kind and Friendly staffs, nice recommendations for the sightseeing area. The historical buildings are around the hotel, you can enjoy visit them on foot.

1ヶ月前に予約してたのに當日突然オーバーブッキングのためで宿泊できないと言われ、違うホテルに泊まることになった。おかげで連泊で泊まるところわざわざホテルの移動を餘儀なくされてしまった。連絡がなく、夜チェックインしようとしたら、突然言われたため、もっと早めに連絡してほしかった。

朝食會場で、スタッフの接客態度に大きな違和感を覚えました。 私には朝食の説明や案內が一切なく、冷淡な対応でしたが、白人の宿泊客には明らかに丁寧で親切な接客が行われていました。 このような対応の差は、國籍や外見によって扱いが変わっているように見え、非常に殘念です。 多様な國からゲストが訪れるホテルとして、接客の一貫性と配慮の改善を強く望みます。 I felt a strong sense of discomfort with the staff’s attitude at the breakfast venue. I received no explanation or guidance about breakfast and was treated in a cold manner, while white guests were clearly given friendly and attentive service. This difference in treatment appeared to be based on nationality or appearance, which was very disappointing. As a hotel that welcomes guests from many countries, I strongly hope the management will improve consistency and consideration in their customer service.
