酒店個別前台非常差，英語很糟糕，也不主動説明mini bar是可以免費取用的。衹是簡簡單單把房卡做好就打發走了。酒店的硬件很老舊，雖然地點不錯，但是真的不太推薦住這裡。

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.

Auf meinen jährlichen Reisen nach Ischia mache ich gerne einen Zwischenstop in Neapel. Das Mercure Hotel eignet sich dafür besonders gut, da es ganz in der Nähe der Schiffsanlegestelle liegt, an der ich meine Reise fortsetze. Ich liebe es, zusammen mit meinen mitreisendes Freunden oder Verwandten auf der Frühstücksterrasse des Hotels mit Blick auf den Hafen und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu sitzen und das sehr gute Frühstück zu geniessen.

Convenient location in the city centre. Amazing views of the castle at breakfast. Parking is tricky nearby - there’s a garage next door but he cheated us so be careful - we agreed on €15 for overnight and he input €50 on the card terminal and didn’t show me when I tapped my card.
