The worst value hotel during our entire 訂房網站 to Italy. They cut corners at every turn, including by having a virtual check-in desk. Someone only comes to the property to "clean" and take your money. But after showering twice after an almost 100 degree F day in Naples, we left our towels on the floor of the bathroom expecting them to be replaced with clean ones. Instead, the "cleaning lady" simply hung them on hooks in the bathroom without replacing them, and laid our bath mat on a stool in the bathroom to dry, without replacing it either. Disgusting!
