盧瓦爾河南特碼頭經典城市公寓酒店 (Appart'City Classic Nantes Quais de Loire)

It was a nice hotel with a good location, friendly staff and the rooms are great as there’s a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery but only down side is no AC or Fan so when there’s hot weather and no wind it very stuffy hard to sleep at night

Hôtel bien placé, mais pas hyper moderne (moquette passée, cabine de douche un peu étroite notamment). Mais très bien pour un court séjour seul.

L’emplacement était idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied dans le centre ville , par contre nous avons eu la surprise de devoir payer le parking alors qu’il était noté inclus lors de l’enregistrement. La nuit fut silencieuse donc agréable et couchage bon.

I went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on 訂房網站 and the price is within company requirement. The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really "long time no see" this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for. There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person. On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky. In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay. If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

Good location for nante island and the le machines de isle.  Will be better when the tramway is finished.

Bâtiment difficile d’accès, mais nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Malheureusement, tout a dérapé dès notre arrivée dans la chambre : des poils dans les toilettes, et lorsque nous avons voulu nous reposer, nous avons découvert des taches jaunes non identifiées sur les draps. Nous avons dû redescendre à la réception pour demander un changement de draps, ce qui n’a apparemment pas plu à la personne sur place, qui s’est montrée passive-agressive avant de quitter la chambre en claquant la porte. Les murs sont aussi fins que du papier : on entend tout, même l’eau du robinet chez les voisins. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement

Hôtel classique mais efficace, plutôt propre et très bien situé

L'hôtel est propre, une bonne emplacement, personnels professionnels

La chambre dispose d’un ventilateur, un peu léger ça manque d’une vraie climatisation en cette période de canicule. Néanmoins l’accueil reste très bien

Visite habituelle dans cette hôtel et jamais déçu je recommande emplacement est ok
