南京雲水澗親子度假酒店 (Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel)

去年來玩，發現還有住宿，就提前安排了元旦來住一晚。結果元旦又逢降溫，原先很擔心會冷，房間中央空調很給力啊！還有廚房設施！樓下一張大床，樓上兩張小床，樓梯很寬。樓上洗手間乾濕分開，洗澡出來看到水會到廁所那邊，排水稍微差點，出現過“原住民”。沒有浴缸，樓下洗手間比較小。 早餐鴨血粉絲貨很多，這碗比在星級酒店的鴨血粉絲都好，就是地方不大座位比較緊張。 前台電瓶車還可以送去新開的冰雪樂園，最近15元一位（含鞋套），簡單玩玩蠻好的。 酒店附近吃飯、咖啡、酒吧都有，等天暖和了再來住一次。

度假村沒的説，可以釣魚長者喜歡，可以在水邊發呆，還有水上項目玩，寶寶玩的也開心，住的地方基本是民宿水準，但很有特色，很特別的體驗，開車在園區裡轉很方便，秋冬風景別有一番風味。

小朋友參加比賽訂的這裡，是個很大的度假區，人員配置少，適合自駕，像我們外地去的，要去哪等接駁車車很不方便。訂的獨棟木屋，這個形式挺好的，就是房間比較小，用熱水時熱水器會發出聲音，結果當晚因為入住多還發生了斷電，電話也聯繫不上，最後衹能無助訂房網站、訂房網站工作人員很熱心幫忙聯繫，雖然最後也沒人來，後來早上喊來了一位阿姨重啟熱水器。一晚上有點冷，空調打的25度。度假區裡有個雲水澗的貓還不錯，有咖啡簡餐，小朋友可以在旁邊沙子區玩耍。

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

整個水庫區域風景如畫，自然和諧，酒店房間與戶外親近，渾然一體。非常安靜，偶爾遠離都市，離群索居，放空一下，特別適合。就餐的話，選擇偏少，會感覺有些不便，可略做準備。因為地處郊外，親水並植被茂盛，可能會有很多昆蟲，害怕蟲子的也許會介意，那就小心開窗，小心去後院！😄 前台辦理入住，接待熱情周到，很滿意。 第二天早餐9點半結束，時間上作為度假酒店有些不友好了；用餐區域不大，顯得擁擠。一家人9點10分進店用餐，注意到在9點28分仍有客人趕來用餐，有個麵條製作區的較富態的服務人員和一個貌似領班的之前一直在閑聊（始終在幹活的是其他幾位老大姐），她倆大聲告訴客人趕緊吃，馬上下班了。要麼就別讓進來，進來就別説這話，和趕客區別不大😓 作為熟悉體製內的我來説，真的感受到她倆滿滿的優越感，不知道這家酒店什麼背景，這一幕令我稍顯意外，有些不適。

接待中心的前台工作人員服務態度超級好，提供了無微不至的關懷，餐廳價廉物美，房車營地活動很多，燒烤的地方很好玩，，接駁車很方便，草地很大很漂亮。下次叫上同學再來

服務很贊，環境也很美，很多事和孩子玩的東西。

房間很有特色，古風的裝飾很喜歡。小木屋小朋友沒住過超新鮮。我們還有一個小院子，還能自己在院子裡燒烤。天太熱了沒有烤，等秋天涼快了可以再約。小火車是小朋友們的最愛，一定要坐坐，從草叢、樹林、荷塘中穿過，都説好像走進了宮崎駿的動畫裡。夜晚的泳池趴也很棒，還近距離感受非遺文化看了打鐵花，孩子們都很贊歎，真是一次愉快的旅程。

南京雲水澗酒店超讚！房型有特色，推窗見湖山超愜意，工作人員貼心，洗浴備品品質高，周邊彩虹路適合散步，住得很舒服。
