booked a Premium Queen Suite with a harbour view but was instead placed in a ground floor room facing the back pathway. There was absolutely no harbour view, so I’m unsure what justifies the description. The room itself feels outdated — the bed is overused and sinks in the middle, making it very uncomfortable. There were no basic amenities like bottled water, a kettle, or even a decent pair of bedroom slippers. While the room was generally clean, housekeeping was not provided unless requested the day before by 10pm, which felt inconvenient. On a positive note, the location is excellent, right by the beautiful harbour — just unfortunately, not from our room.

Great downtown location with a beautiful shore walkway right across the street and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, my room was very noisy due to nearby street construction. I was woken up by what sound like a concrete cutter powered by a massive industrial generator. The blend of piercing, high-pitched screeching and the deep, thunderous hum created a jarring symphony that was impossible to ignore for an unpleasant and headache-inducing morning. I recommend future guests request a quiet room, especially on workdays, as construction noise can be disruptive

It’s my first Best western in few decades. Pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness. Room is comfortable and compact with all the basic touches and a good layout. The free breakfast was a nice touch. Location is perfect for one night stay to get in and out from the highway.
