An absolute horror of a stay, and entirely due to incompetent management. I booked this place because the reviews on Trip were almost all glowing. That’s the only reason I chose it. After what we went through, I honestly don’t understand how those reviews reflect the same resort. We booked a villa for two nights and arrived around noon, only to be told we couldn’t check in yet with no prior notice. We ended up waiting an hour and a half in the heat. I had reserved the villa with the island view shown in their photos, and I did it two weeks in advance. Instead they put us in one facing nothing and claimed room assignments are “random.” Two weeks of notice, and somehow it was random. It only went downhill from there. On the second day we were out until nearly 4pm, and came back to find our room still hadn’t been cleaned completely. But the second night was the last straw. At 4am the electricity died. We woke up drenched in sweat, and then the water stopped running too. They called it an accident, an accident they apparently had no backup plan for. After we complained several times they finally started a generator, but it cut in and out for the rest of the night, even until we left. We couldn’t bear another minute of it. We checked out at 9am on what should have been the third morning of our 訂房網站. Through all of it, the manager wasn’t even there. They called me later but had nothing but excuses. Their idea of making things right was a 20% discount on one night. I turned it down. I didn’t come to Ninh Binh to be handed back some money and told that that was the experience we deserved. I came for a 訂房網站 with my family, and no discount buys back a stay like this. Avoid.

Every morning I'd sit by the water with the mountains rising just behind the rooftops, and it genuinely felt like the outside world had disappeared. What made the stay truly special, though, was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and constantly going out of their way to make guests comfortable — from a relaxing complimentary foot soak by the river to little touches like fresh tea and local snacks served in traditional bowls on the bamboo table. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; every interaction felt genuine and kind. The surrounding scenery is stunning — bamboo groves, a floating pavilion over the water, and mountains wrapped in mist most mornings. Sitting there with tea and watching the light change over the hills was one of my favorite moments of the entire 訂房網站. Rooms are simple but comfortable, blending naturally into the landscape with earthy tones and thatched roofs that suit the setting perfectly. It's the kind of place where you slow down without even trying. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with genuine hospitality, clean facilities, and gorgeous natural surroundings, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a rare find — truly a paradise hidden among the mountains and water.
