Staff is generally warm and friendly However, 2 of my friends developed rashes from bed bugs after spending one night at the hotel Also I requested for a VIP room with twin beds via 訂房網站 but they provided a room with a single queen bed instead. The staff seemed unaware of the request and only allocated us another room with twin bed on the second night (as there was no available twin room for the first night) Location is generally far (2h drive) from the other main attractions of Khao Yai which are at the northern side of the mountain Also there was no telephone to call front desk or room service (you need to get the front desk's Line from its official website and room service number is provided in the room) Unfortunately our water heater was spoiled and it was raining on both nights, especially on the second night when the rain was strong, the rainwater splashed into the toilet through the window (which were holes in the wall covered with mosquito net)

กับคนที่ไม่ซีเรียสเรื่องที่พักบ้างนะคะเราอาจจะจองกะทันหันไปหน่อยทำให้ไม่สามารถเลือกห้องพักแบบอื่นๆได้เหลือห้องนี้เป็นห้องสุดท้ายซึ่งเป็นห้อง 3 เตียงเลยอาจจะไม่ได้สะดวกสบายอย่างที่หวังไว้เท่าไหร่แต่ถ้าคนไม่ซีเรียสราคานี้ก็สามารถนอนค้างคืนเพื่อเดินทางต่อได้ค่ะ
