Nice location. Nice Big Rooms. Room service is a bit delayed always. They shall have a little more options for vegetarian breakfast. One thing that’s really disturbing to see in a hotel like this, even if you are waiting for your checkin at the hotel and you ask for water, they charge for it.

The staff were very kind and responsive, and I really appreciated how quickly they tried to solve each problem. However, my stay was quite frustrating. I booked a twin room, and after the hotel specifically confirmed whether I wanted a single or twin room, I was still given a room with only one bed. I decided to let that go, but then I found that the TV in the room was not working. To their credit, a staff member came quickly and replaced it. Later, I wanted to take a hot shower, only to discover that there were no bath towels in the room. After that was sorted out, I thought I could finally shower — but then I realized the shower did not even have a shower head. The staff had to come again to install one. The staff were genuinely helpful and polite, but there were simply too many basic things missing or not working in the room. These are things that should have been checked before a guest was given the room. It made the whole experience unnecessarily exhausting.
