Not the first and not the last stay over there. It is a stable and reliable hotel. Nice place if you need to have meetings (can take a seat in the restaurant with quite affordable prices. Reception is very helpful. Wi-fi can be rated as 3 on 5* scale. Housekeeping is doing their best to keep the rooms tidy and clean. Location is convenient with plenty of stores around No problem with hot and cold water. Shower is nice. . View is as well not bad).
