This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff. John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me. The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated. This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

This is the perfect hotel for all types of traveller; I needed a few days away from the city to wind down before I started exploring Nairobi and this gave me everything I needed. The rooms were big, clean, free snacks and great TV channels options. It has various restaurants including a rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. For someone that comes fro. I a hospitality background, I appreciate all their attention to details & and high service levels.
